René Lasserre created his restaurant in 1942 with the ambition to combine high gastronomy and celebration!

Of modest descent, the man has realized his ambitious plan of turning a small shanty into an inimitable culinary palace and proudly heralded 3 Michelin stars for more than 20 years.

The forward-thinking householder knew he also had to imagine a taylor-made décor, with much light, music and refinements of all sorts to fit his dream... and he actually though of all tiny details, from essentials to fancies.
